The beach is exclusive to residents of the building and not open to the public. Additionally, the building provides amenities like a volleyball court, outdoor shower, ping pong table, and swings. There is residents parking on the premises . Additionally, we have 3 paddle boards available on request if you are feeling adventurous and do not miss the stunning coastal trail which starts next to the building. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, however can be turned into 3 separate rooms by folding the partition back in the master bedroom which has full king size bed and a sofa bed. There are two full size double beds, 140cm each in the 2nd bedroom which has its own en-suite. There are 2.5 full-size bathrooms. The beautiful patio offers a 180-degree view of the bay and can be used for al fresco dining. The apartment is equipped with a separate washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
