The villa evokes an exotic atmosphere as it is surrounded by explosively blossoming rose and herb gardens and a glorious palm tree.

The whole villa is tiled with magnificent Volos pink marble creating a sense of luxury. The spacious living room combines a sitting area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It has comfortable sitting furniture; 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo, free Wi-fi Internet connection, telephone and a fireplace.The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south to southwest) and the fact that it has windows everywhere secures the ideal amount of sunshine for the whole season and provides a breathtaking view of green gardens and the seafront terrace.

The villa has two comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub. The other bedroom has a bathroom equipped with a shower. All bathrooms are tiled with Volos pink marble.

Its large terrace (106 s.m.), which offers its guests much needed privacy, has a private pool 6x6 s.m., a sunbathing area, with a parasol and sun lounges. Those who enjoy dining alfresco can take advantage of the marble top table placed in the stone – flagged terrace which is strategically shaded to provide privacy (barbecues are available upon request). The patio swing offers a unique view of the now world famous Aegean sunsets combined with an exotic garden.
