As you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and spacious living room, which provides access to a private terrace. This terrace runs the entire length of the apartment, offering a relaxing view of the surrounding area. Here, you’ll find a small table, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset or having breakfast outdoors, weather permitting.

The tastefully decorated living room includes a practical Murphy bed that transforms into a comfortable double bed, increasing the apartment's total capacity to accommodate up to 4 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, including a dishwasher. A breakfast bar in the American style adds a practical and cozy touch for quick meals or snacks.

The modern and functional bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a washer-dryer combo, making it ideal for longer stays.

The master bedroom offers a tranquil and spacious environment, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. You’ll find plenty of storage space for your luggage and clothes, ensuring a comfortable stay.

If you’re traveling with a larger group (more than 4 people) and wish to stay close together, we also manage another apartment in the same building. Depending on availability, you may book both units for your stay.

The apartment is equipped with autonomous heating and air conditioning in every room, ensuring maximum comfort in all seasons. Free Wi-Fi is included, as well as a safe for securing your valuables. The property also complies with safety regulations and is equipped with a fire extinguisher.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 11:00.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.
