This spacious110m² apartment, located at Rue Réaumur on the 1st floor of a secure and beautiful Parisian stone building, accommodates up to 8 guests. It is air-conditioned throughout and features a lovely, quiet courtyard for peaceful moments.

The apartment boasts a bright and airy living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, armchairs, and a coffee table — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. A dining area with a beautiful table and chairs for 8 guests allows you to enjoy meals together in style.
