The generous private south facing terrace provides ample room for outdoor dining and BBQs with stunning views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the background. Children can play safely in the confines of the terrace.

The pedestrian centre of Chamonix, is literally on the doorstep and filled with shops and restaurants.

The main train line and ski shuttle-bus station, accessing all the ski domains are a few minutes walk away.
