Naya is built in 2 levels; while the main entrance is set at the top floor, a sliding doors lift, (also suitable for wheelchairs), along with the impressive grey polished marbled steps, provide access to all levels of the building.

The villa features an impressive infinity large pool of 90sqm. designed to include a long and swallow strip equipped with double jacuzzi jets, ideal for kids’ play or related swimming. The pool also features a large part with deep waters, to be mostly appreciated by more experienced swimmers and adventurous guests.
The pool area is equipped with modern sun beds, couch and armchairs for relaxation time, shower facility, long dining table for all guests, while under the large pergola, one can find an external kitchen equipped with gas barbeque, side burner, gas pizza maker and fridge. The whole set up is ideal for guests who wish to spend the day cooking at the outdoors, or wish to arrange for a special dinner experience.

The property features 3 bedrooms, all equipped with king/queen size beds. The 1st floor 45sqm master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and contains its own private sitting room space furnished with 2 sofa beds. This exceptionally large bedroom can easily house a family of four.

The two bedrooms set at the ground floor are separated from the living room with a beautiful tempered glass door for privacy purposes. You can walk out to the external area from the bedroom sliding doors and enjoy the seaview and pool communal area.

An auxiliary space is built at the 1st floor to be used as additional, fourth bedroom / playroom, equipped with 2 sofa beds, increasing the sleeping capacity by two more persons.

The communal area of the villa features living room, a comfortable corner sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a fourth bathroom.
