The apartment is located on the fifth floor of an elegant curtain wall building 15 minutes walk from St. Peter's Basilica.

The 2 smart televisions that the apartment is equipped with, are located in the living room, and in the room with the two single beds.

In the large living room, you will find a large dining table for 6/10 people, a desk suitable for a work area, one of the two televisions, a 70s design armchair, two sofas, one of which converts into a bed.

The large eat-in kitchen, equipped with an extendable round table, for 4/8 people, overlooks the large terrace facing south, with a view of the urban panorama and, in the distance, Villa Pamphili.
It is equipped with everything needed for cooking, cutlery, pots and pans, 4 gas burners, barbecue, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher for 10 people, washing machine and large wood-burning fireplace, whose use must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy any area of ​​the apartment, except for two storage rooms, some wardrobes and some closed drawers, for the exclusive use of the property, indicated, for clarity, by a prohibition symbol.
The request to use the fireplace can be made during check-in, use will be granted, at the sole discretion of the host.

Other things to keep in mind
However, the use of a small barbecue is still permitted, even indoors, under the fireplace hood, or on the terrace, after receiving the necessary instructions.

Clean linen will be provided by the host, at the beginning of the stay, provided weekly and replaced by the guests.

It is possible to reach Villa Doria Pamphili in just 10 minutes with its characteristic maritime pines and surprising panoramic views of the city, the largest public park in the city, once the country estate of the noble Pamphili family, ideal for those seeking relaxation in the magnificent climate of this city, but also for lovers of jogging or walking.

7 minutes walk there is an educational farm perfect for the little ones.

From the apartment there is a bus stop with 4 bus lines that reach St. Peter's Basilica in two minutes, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, Campo de Fiori and all the attractions of the historic center in a few minutes.
Furthermore the neighborhood is served by all the bicycle, scooter and car sharing companies.

In the neighborhood you will found all services: 24h supermarket and traditional local market (only in the morning), banks, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, laundry, coiffure and whatever you may need.
