The house has a large terrace surrounded and covered by bougainvillea and a small, completely private garden. It looks out onto the turquoise water of the Mediterranean. (The large terrace, private garden and spectacular sea view are a fortunate and rare combination for apartments and homes in the area.)
The sea is 100 steps down from the house to sunning platforms with free lounge chairs and umbrellas and access to the water. A 10-minute walk leads to a nearbysandy beach. The apartment is located in a private condominium with no cars or roads near the houses. There is a private parking space for your car in the parking areas behind. Low-lying houses are surrounded by bougainvillea, olive trees, lawns and gardens. Tennis courts and 2 swimming pools are on the property and reserved for owners and their guests.
Inside are 2 bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed and each with a bathroom. The apartment includes WIFI, a small TV, a washing machine, a microwave, heating and air-conditioning. There is no oven but there is an electric + gas stove.
The area is 800 meters from Porto Rotondo with its shopping, restaurants, theatre, and its famous port filled with yachts, sailboats and motorboats. Archeological sites, spectacular landscapes and dramatic rock formations are within a 30/40-minute drive and in a very short time, one can travel from the old traditional villages of the interior to the luxurious harbors, hotels, restaurants and boutiques along the coast.
