The apartment is intended for stays of 2 persons. Total size is 45 m2. It has double bed bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating area. It is on the top floor (6th) in a modern building with elevator.
It has a 12 m2 terrace overviewing islands, where you can enjoy afternoon sunbathing .

It is located near the largest city beaches, sea side and near the fairs center. The beach is less than 10 min walking distance, while the Diocletian Palace and old centre are 3 km by car or public transportation. (Bus stop is right in front of the building).

Close to the apartment there are few cafe bars, supermarket, bank (ATM) and popular restaurant-pizzeria Dalmatino. Additional convenience is the proximity of tennis court (2 min walking distance; reservation is required) and children playground (right in front of apt).

Sat TV and free broadband wireless internet are available.

Only street parking is available.
