Renovated in 2023, Villa MINIMA is part of the Kournas Beach complex and has a wonderful view of the sea, mountains, gardens, and pools. Its pool is shared with 5 other properties, which are however rarely occupied. The endless, golden sandy beach of Georgioupolis is just 800 m from the property, while at 2 km is the deep blue Kourna lake. At less than a 30-minute drive, you can find yourself wandering in the picturesque alleys of the old town of Rethymno or Chania.

The accommodation is 65 m2 divided in two floors, and has a total of 35 m2 terrace. The complex is recent (2007) and this specific accommodation is renovated in 2023, with attention to detail.

Ground floor:
