Outdoors, enjoy a private heated saltwater pool, available June through September (weather dependent), surrounded by tranquil mountain scenery and fresh alpine air.

Known locally as a Bergheim (mountain home), the villa is set in a picturesque and quiet area of Carinthia, a region celebrated for its crystal-clear lakes, rolling mountains, and historic sites such as Hochosterwitz Castle. The setting is peaceful and residential, with friendly neighbors and easy access to everyday village life. Guests can walk to a nearby village to purchase fresh eggs, butter, bread, and local sausages, adding to the authentic alpine experience.

The interior has been professionally designed, blending chic alpine style with refined American elegance to create a comfortable yet elevated atmosphere. During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive use of the guest accommodations, including the large family room, all terraces, the pool, and the full guest side of the home.

Important Privacy Note

The owners’ private living area is completely unoccupied and securely locked off during guest stays. The owners do not stay on the property at any time while guests are present, ensuring full privacy throughout your visit. Guests are personally welcomed at check-in, and the hosts are readily available throughout the stay if needed. Both English and German are spoken. The surrounding area is quiet and serene, ideal for relaxation while remaining well connected to regional attractions.
