This is part of the Albatros 2 complex in Mar de Cristal (province of Murcia), a tiny and quiet resort located on the Mar Menor, the largest natural lagoon of the Mediterranean.
The house is 7-10km away from the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea (e.g. Calblanque Beach, Negra, Larga beaches) and 500 m from the city beach of the Mar Menor. The Mar de Cristal area is a great place for both a quiet and active holiday. The house is adequately away from crowded tourist facilities, yet at the right distance for people who want to take advantage of bars, restaurants, also in Mar de Criatal itself. It is 7 km from the La Manga Peninsula, 10 km from Cape Cabo de Palos known as one of the best places for diving in mainland Spain and 25 km from the historic city of Cartagena. The house is 3 km away from the expressway, which guarantees a quick transfer to these places. This is a great pleace to stay for short vacation, and long stay, especially looking a sun weather in winter.

 For those who prefer to explore the area on foot, the area of Murcia can offer very interesting hiking routes and places to visit. With its varied landscapes and scenic trails, it is an ideal place for hiking. The Region of Murcia boasts more than 100 trails approved by the Mountaineering Federation of the Region of Murcia (FMRM). Local trails (SL) are shorter than 10 km, short-distance trails are between 10 and 50 km, and long-distance trails (GR) are longer than 50 km.
 The club with padel and tennis courts is 300 meters from the house and is accessible to everyone.

The house itself is finished in a Spanish style, not devoid of high standard furnishings. It has a very large terrace overlooking a well-kept garden full of greenery, where there is a swimming pool for both children and adults, which is used only by the residents of the Albatros 2 complex. The kitchen is fully equipped: electric stove with oven, air-fryer, microwave, toaster, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, clothes dryer. Two comfortable bedrooms with large beds and built-in wardrobes provide comfortable rest for 4 people. In addition, the sofa in the living room has a sleeping function for 2 additional people. In the living room there is a smart TV to which Chromecast is connected for your convenience, on which you can log in and use your favorite TV platforms. The house has access to a permanent Internet connection with a speed of 600MB/sec.
