- Our unit is located on the 2nd floor without elevator (walk-up)
- There is A/C in the living room
- There are two access routes to reach the unit: one from the ferry side, which involves climbing stairs and a slight uphill, and the other from the upper street, which requires descending stairs
- Paid parking is available nearby

Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD
- Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost
