Step inside this gorgeous holiday villa overlooking the Golden Coast of Paros. You are looking at a 4-bedroom property built on 3 levels, with a large terrace and infinity pool surrounded by a covered seating and dining area. Everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

The house is located on the slopes of Tzanes, overlooking Golden beach (or Golden Coast). The beach itself is a short 8-minute drive away. Paros airport, Paroikia and Naousa are each around 30 minutes drive away.

The house itself was recently constructed in 2016 and is built over 3 levels. The ground level contains main living and dining spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct exit to the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Also on ground level are two ensuite bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, whilst the other has a double bed and two singles. All rooms on the ground floor enjoy direct sea views and have immediate access to the pool. On the first floor is a third ensuite bedroom with double bed and a private balcony overlooking the property. Finally, in the lower ground floor is a large double bedroom comprising a double bed and a sofabed.

The property exterior is paved in marble and boasts a large swimming pool (12m x 4.5m). The sun terrace is bordered by a covered gallery that protects the barbecue, seating and dining areas. There is also an outside bathroom adjacent to the pool for convenience.
