Villa

This villa is located in Malaucène, in the Provence region, and was built in 2023.

The villa features a heated private pool (heated from March to October), a covered terrace, and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a sound system.

There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two bunk beds. Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. Everything you need for a delightful stay.

Additionally, there is a secure private storage room where bicycles can be kept.

In the surrounding area, you can climb the famous 'Giant of Provence' (bicycles can be rented in the village). There are also numerous other activities such as rock climbing, hiking trails, an adventure park, walks along the river in a gorge, a water park, spa, and charming markets.

The villa is situated just 500 meters from the town center, where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, bakeries, and other amenities.
