Situated in the Estoi countryside, in an idyllic setting where you can relax in the privacy of your own plot, Casa Ariolos I & II are two 3-bedroom houses that share a swimming pool and can be rented individually or together for larger families or groups . The property is accessible via a rural path, through iron gates leading to the land and parking area. The villas are close to each other and as they are built on different levels they offer a lot of privacy.

Each house has a charming rustic feel, both have modern design and furnishings and include numerous home comforts such as electric shutters, underfloor heating, cable/plasma TV in the living room and bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.

Casa Ariolos II - has a similar style to the main house and is located further down from the main house, close to the pool. The house has its traditional characteristics.

The double front door leads to the entrance hall with a covered garden, open plan kitchen and dining room - a spacious lounge with fantastic views over the countryside. The bedrooms are: 1 double with walk in shower and bathtub; 1 twin with large walk in shower and 1 twin with shower. All rooms have doors to a south-facing terrace.

Outside we have an inviting swimming pool with a water drop effect, a built-in BBQ for outdoor dining, a beautiful landscaped garden with gravel designs, a decorative pond, fully irrigated, many plants and fruit trees.
This is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
The village of Estoi is just 2 km away and offers shops, a bank and some bars and restaurants, most of them located around the main square. There are places of historical interest to visit, including the famous Roman ruins and the Palace of Estoi which dates back to the 19th century.
Casas Ariolos I and II are ideal for those looking for a relaxing retreat in wonderful surroundings, but not far from a neighboring town and cities.
