This is exactly what we offer to our valued guests the minute they step into our best kept summer escape country house in South Attica. Our country house is perfect for those looking for a break away from the massive tourist crowds with easy access to both relaxation and adventure.
Keratea Hillside House created with taste and unlimited views, was constructed specifically for your pleasant stay. It is a 2-bedroom country house, bright with plenty of natural light, clean and spacious, perfectly located just a few minutes away from various beautiful beaches in the area of Sounio, Saronida and Keratea in South Attica. The house combines a great quiet location with the added bonus of being detached and surrounded unobstructed views of the Keratea hills! It is definitely the perfect choice for family, couples and friends who seek for an ideal getaway and want to enjoy the Greek countryside in one of the most beautiful locations in the South of Athens but at the same time want to be close to multiple pristine beaches and local attractions.

INDOORS:
Inside, Keratea Hillside House can accommodate up to 6 people, in 2 separate bedrooms fully. One bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a second bedroom with a big sofa bed which can be turned into a double bed, and a big sofa in the living room which can also be turned into a double bed. In this setup, the house can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
The house has an open plan living design that provides a bright airy, sunny environment. This area includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator/freezer, electric cooker, and all necessary small and large electrical appliances) for preparing any meals you want.
The bathroom consists of a WC, a large shower cabin and a washing machine. Of course we offer all essential toiletries and towels for your stay.
In addition, the house benefits from 2 air-conditioning units which are included in the price.

OUTDOORS:
Outdoors, the house features a big private outdoor space with sunbathing areas, shaded outdoor seating and dining area, as well as public parking right outside the fence of the house. In the front balcony overlooking the outdoor space and the hills, a dining table with chairs and outdoor furniture sit under the roof. A gas BBQ stands at the outdoor space, to enjoy preparing grilled meals for outdoor dining. Please note all guests must follow local regulations to prevent wild fires in the surrounding area and the house (e.g., never leave fire unsupervised, lighting a fire pit is forbidden, etc.).
All the outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing or sunbathing overlooking the Keratea hills.

- Welcome pack including wine or beer.
- House Assistance to contact for anything you might need.
- Whole Housekeeping (free housekeeping/cleaning before your arrival with all necessary bath towels).We also provide extra towels - linen for visitors staying over a week.
- Free Air Conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room area.
- Garden maintenance.
- Olive oil from local produce, on request.

IMPORTANT INFO: Starting from 1st January 2024 a new law by the Greek Government introduces a climate tax ("Sustainability fee against climate change") to be paid by the guest on site. This tax will amount to 1.50 Euros PER NIGHT for the whole group of guests.
