Villa Casa de Flores is a modern urban villa located in a small place named Dubravka,Konavle region. It has a stunning valley view ,mountain view and in a long distance sea view.Perfect place to rest with your family,have a morning awakenings with birdsong.Here you can hear only nature sounds,and have a vacation in real mean of that word !

The Villa spreads over all ground floor. Inside you have a three big bedrooms,one bathroom ,kitchen fully eqipped and dinning / living room with 50" Google TV ( Netflix avalaible ) .All bedrooms have a seperate AC,and flat TVs.

Outside you can enjoy the swimming pool, sun beds , barbecue and dining area.Also there is a jacuzzi in which you enjoy maximum!

Villa is about one minute away walking from small grocery named Studenac,and caffe bar.Nearest restaurant named Mr&Ms Caput is 5 minute walking and it offers a authentic a la carte menu.
Other restauraunts nearby to mention are Konavoski dvori and Konoba Vinica Monkovic ( river Ljuta is passing through them,atmosphere is perfect ).

Gruda is the first bigger place and it is about 7 minute drive where you can find supermarkets,bakery,pharmacy and everthing else you need.

We also recommend to rent a car during your stay in Villa.

Biggest tourist attractions near Villa is a medieval fortress Sokol grad which you must visit , it is only minute drive or you can easy get there walking.
From Villa to most beatifull beach of Croatia,hidden diamond in the rocks named Pasjaca you have 15 drive and to most touristic town Dubrovnik you have about 35km.

We are living in one part of villa,but you will have a maximum privacy and we will be on your disposal for everthing you need !
