"Green House on the hill" is located 5 minutes drive from the town of Ermioni, where all the infrastructure, port, supermarkets, cafes and taverns are located. Also a 15-minute drive away is the town of Porto Heli - the pearl of Ermionida (2.5 hours drive from Athens).
The nearest sandy beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. And also from the house you can easily get to other beaches, the port of Costa, from where the ferry departs to the island of Spetses.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, each of which has a double bed and a wardrobe with hangers. There are 2 toilets, one of which has a shower and washing machine.
Spacious living room with a large dining table, TV and kitchen with all utensils and appliances for cooking.
There is a sofa in the living room and, if necessary, can be a couch-bed.
There is also a balcony with beautiful sea views. And a terrace with a seating area and barbecue.
Outdoor parking.
The territory is quite large, so silence and privacy are the main advantages of this place.
