On its 260 m2 surface and two floors, the villa is fully equipped, and the large heated pool of 40 m2 allows enjoyment from early spring to late autumn. In addition to the large open space living area, there are also 4 spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, a laundry room and a playroom for children.
