Our apartment is located 5' from Flisvos and Mpatis Beach on foot. Experience the classy neighborhood of Paleo Faliro! Take a walk at the seaside promenade to experience beautiful sunsets or visit Flisvos Park and Marina! The T6 Tram or A2 bus will get you to Downtown Athens within 30'. Our apartment is ideal for families, couples, or friends who prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The apartment is 78 m² on the fourth floor and you can access it by either elevator or staircases. There are no stairs before accessing the elevator. It consists of two bedrooms, cohesive space for the living room with a dining area, a cozy kitchen with all necessary supplies, a full bathroom, and a balcony overlooking a quiet street and backyard. The master bedroom has a double bed (160*200cm) and the second one (140*200cm) both equipped with brand-new mattresses to ensure a pleasant’s night sleep. The second bedroom has a spacious desk with a monitor to connect your laptop as well. One more person can sleep on the sofa.
