Nestled in a tranquil village setting on the ground floor of a two-story building this apartment features a private bedroom, a welcoming living room with kitchen and dining spaces, and a bathroom. Outside you will enjoy terrace with a beautiful view.

The bedroom is adorned with a standard French double bed. Complementing the bed are two bedside tables and a commode for your convenience. Pillows, blankets, and covers are provided along with bed linen. The window is outfitted with a mosquito net and a rolling shutter, ensuring a serene and comfortable night's sleep.

The living room seamlessly integrates the kitchen and dining areas, featuring a table with four chairs, a comfortable sofa bed, and a 20" HD TV. The sofa bed unfolds to a generous 1.5 sleeping space, and a spacious wardrobe is conveniently situated adjacent to the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a hot water kettle, complete cooking ware, a dishwasher, and a set of dishes, cups, silverware, and wine glasses to cater to every culinary need.

In the bathroom, there is a WC, shower cabin, washbasin, and a washing machine. Additionally, we've taken care to provide personal care essentials, including soap, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper for your comfort and convenience.

The defining characteristic of the apartment is in its 20 sq m terrace, complete with a dining area featuring adjustable chairs, a set of 2 sun loungers, and a barbecue. This outdoor space offers a splendid panorama of the mountains, the surroundings, and the medieval Palalda village.

For your security, the apartment is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
