The house, was completely renovated in 2021. Its main structure and the original wooden ceilings and stonework have been carefully preserved, thus leaving the special character of the original home. The house is on one ground floor, 76 sqm, and has access through the garden to the main entrance or through the bedroom patio.
The main area is spacious and includes living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen under a lofty 4-meter high ceiling. A cozy bedroom, complete with private bathroom and patio, provides a peaceful retreat. The house has everything you need to feel like at home. Outside, a generous garden filled with citrus and fruit trees offers a tranquil escape. You are welcome to enjoy everything from the garden including herbs like mint, oregano, rosemary.

The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, at the edge of Vori, a lively Cretan village in the heart of the Messara Valley. The house overlooks the beautiful fields and mountains around, while being just a minute's walk away from the vibrant village center, with traditional cafes, a taverna, an excellent bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, a surprisingly rich and interesting Ethnographic Museum, and more.

Vori is very close to the renowned archaeological sites of Phaistos, Agia Triada, and Gortyn, as well as to amazing beaches of Matala, Kommos, Agia Galini, Agio Farago and many more. The village is located at the base of the Psiloritis range, offering a great starting point for hiking, trekking, biking, and mountaineering.
