A warm, welcoming home in the mountains: 3 bedrooms on the ground floor plus one bathroom;
3 more on the first floor( 2 ensuite) and a third shower room.On the top floor, a large, vaulted room with a big fireplace,3 sofas, dining for 12, and a kitchen in one corner, A balcony runs around 3 sides of the chalet with fantastic views over the Tarentaise Valley
The nearest ski lift is only 200m away which takes you up toward the vast Les Arcs ski area You can ski back to within 30m of the front door throughout the season

In the summer there are numerous marked paths from the front door and mountain biking trails everywhere with fishing, white water rafting, and canoeing nearby. You can even ski year-round at Tignes , only 30mins away. There is a patio with a barbecue to the side of the chalet for sunny meals

the village has two restaurants, one only 20m away, the one by the ski lift

We rebuilt the chalet from a semi-ruined house with no roof or floors to make a real home from home for our family, and now 3 generations enjoy winter and summer
