Levallois-Perret is a very safe and one of the most expensive suburbs of Paris. The town shares borders with Paris 17th arrondissement. For perspective, the apartment is 10 minutes away from Arc de Triomphe by taxi/ Uber (or less than 40 minutes on foot).
The apartment is located in a quiet and well-maintained condominium. Plenty of convenient stores & boulangeries nearby. 1 organic market is just across the apartment. Levallois main street with fashion brand shops is 5 minutes away on foot. We are next to Parc de la Planchette. More parks & a forest (Bois de Boulogne) not far away. The river Seine is 9 minutes away on foot. Foundation Louis Vuitton is 10 minutes away by Uber. Levallois weekend food hall is 800 meters away.

Public transport:
The property is located 650 meters from the “Anatole France” metro (Line 3) and 900 meters from Clichy-Levallois station (line L). Public parking is 200 meters away.
