The house is situated at the end of a dirt road 250m above sea level and is situated on a 6000m2 plot of land.
It's completely off grid and eco-friendy with it's solar system, water collector, bio septic tanks.
1st floor consists of a open plan kitchen, dining and living, 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom.
Outdoor features couple of patios, huge barbecue space, 50m2 pool with electrolysis (not heated!) fruit, almond & olive trees and a small vineyard in the making.
The house is high up in the hills and part of the road isn't paved. Any type of car can go up, but we really don't advise taking a sports car up there ;)
House is powered by solar panels and well water, so please be mindful!
If you are afraid of bugs, this is not a place for you ;)
