A beautiful attached house centrally located in the heart of Grao de Castellon. The 3-bedroom rental apartment is on the first floor with a balcony and has private access to a large rooftop. It is fully renovated and features a complete kitchen with brand new appliances (French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.). There are three bedrooms (two with extra large double beds and one with bunk beds) and additional sofa bed in the living room that comfortably sleeps two people. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. There is a brand new washing machine in the bathroom and a drying rack on the rooftop. The apartment features a large rooftop with a set of patio furniture that seats 8 people and faces the main street.

The house is located on a lively street in the heart of Grao de Castellon with many restaurants, bars and cafes around. It has a tourist info right next door and a Bicicas bike rental in front of the house. Across the street there is a beautiful marina that leads to a bustling port with many dining options. A short walk from the house, there is a great beach that offers kilometers of safe and comfortable coastline. There are various supermarkets (Mercadona, Mas y Mas, etc.) within a 3-5 minute walk. There is a great public transport between Grao and Castellon. The Tram stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. There are also various buses and taxis available. By car, you can reach the apartment from the Valencia Airport in 55 minutes and from Castellon Airport in 30 minutes.
