Located in Aldeia dos Capuchos, just minutes from Lisbon, overlooking the sea, this style-filled house is perfect for enjoying among friends and family. How about a day at the beach followed by a beautiful fish in the ember around the pool and then a drink on the terrace contemplating the incredible sunset of Caparica? The space
Located near Crowne Plaza Golf and Convento dos Capuchos, in a quiet neighborhood in a condominium of 4 houses with independent entrance and total privacy.

The house is comfortable, airy and spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, oven, two fridges, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and utensils. The outdoor area has a barbecue, pool and garden furniture for outdoor meals. Inside there is an integrated TV room, fireplace and dining room. The house has five bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with sea view, one of them with a balcony. Two other bedrooms with balcony and beautiful view of the neighborhood and the fifth on the lower floor with window to the orchard. All bedrooms have a double bed and closet.

Just a 4-minute drive from the center of Costa da Caparica and its beautiful beaches, easy access to the A2 highway and with public transportation at the door. Supermarket five minute walk and pharmacy 5 minutes by car.
Guest access
Guests have access to all spaces in the house (Capuchos unit) except for the strands located in the basement and on the terrace.
Other things to note
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardian.

It is important to note that the house has external and internal access stairs. Somewhat recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

The pool does not have a security fence.
