Beautiful views into the nearby hills, the Brenta mountains and to Monte Baldo will inspire you for sportive activities such as cycling and hiking. Enjoy the breathtaking 25 m Pool and the shallow "cocktail area" - allowing long swims as well as a relaxed pool "Apero" or enjoy the putting green near the parking spaces. The wonderfully designed grounds with olive trees and cypresses on the 5000 sqm ground invite you to relax on lounges, sunbeds, hammocks or socialise next to the outdoor kitchen.
Luxury cooking appliances and crockery are available to support your chef skills in 3 kitchens including an outdoor kitchen - all here for your culinary and gourmet creativity. Professional kitchen appliances by e.g. Gaggenau including specials such as a combination steam oven, a Teppan Yaki, a kitchen machine, a baking "Pizza" Stone, a temperature probe, an Ice Cream Maschine and for the wine enthusiast - a wine cabinet.
Villa Mocasina is settled within the Valtènesi wine and olive region, perfect for Gourmets as well as Sports Enthusiasts.
Lake Garda is in short distance with Padengue and Moniga (9km) or Salo and Desenzano (14km).

We, Isabel and Jürgen live in a separated area on the grounds, welcome you and are available for any tipps on sports tours, culinary experiences or questions about the amenities of the house. We care for the garden and the pool area while you are here. As you like - highest exclusivity in luxury and all local tipps you want from your local host personally.
