This elegant apartment is nestled in a turn of the century palazzo. It is situated in central Rome, in the swank "Prati" neighborhood - with sweeping avenues, elegant Art Nouveau and Umbertine buildings. The area is one of Rome's most elegant, renowned for its fashionable shops, refined cafes and many restaurants, offering both Italian and international cuisine. The neighborhood boasts the perfect balance between tourist attractions and authentic local liveliness, a genuine Roman experience.

Please read the "House Rules"

- It is absolutely forbidden for unregistered guests to stay overnight in the apartment.
- Smoking is forbidden
- Pets are not allowed
- It is forbidden to organize parties and events in the apartment
-Please be careful with the elevator which is an old fashion model model and is delicate.
Do not use it with more than 3 people and do not overload it with suitcases
Also, once you exit the elevator, be sure to close all doors properly, otherwise the elevator will not function and stay blocked on the floor, causing problems for the residents of the building.
- Guests are kindly asked to communicate their arrival time at least two days before the check-in date.
- Upon arrival, guests will need to provide a valid ID and will also be asked to sign the short-term rental contract, which is mandatory for short-term tourist rentals.
- A security deposit of €300 in cash is required, which will be returned at check out.
- Check-in time is 15:00-19:00. A different check-in time is possible, if arranged beforehand with the host. A supplement of €30 after 8.00pm and €50 from 12:00am to 2:00am will be charged.
- Check-out is 10am.
- In the case of 2 people wishing to use 2 separate bedrooms, a €30 surcharge will be applied. Please notify the host at time of booking.
- Upon request at the time of booking, a queen size bed can be easily converted to two single beds.
- Depending on the number of guests, the unused bedrooms will be locked and unavailable for use.
- Please always take good care of the house as if it were your own :-)
- Please respect the silence at night
