Apartment ‘La Rosa’ is a luxury 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom apartment for up to 6 guests and it is located in the borgo (village) of Castelfalfi. The apartment is elegant and spacious, and is the ideal place for a family holiday in Tuscany. Apartment La Rosa extends on two levels in one of the main buildings of the borgo of Castelfalfi. On the terracotta ground floor, a spacious living area with large French doors greets guests and leads into a supreme terrace and garden, with a breathtaking view on the typical Tuscany hills, golf course, olive groves and green valley. The first bedroom is on the same floor, while the other two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the apartment. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and are decorated with wooden beams. The furnishings are delicate and elegant, and the interiors are inspired by the typical Tuscan colours.

The apartment has air conditioning, wireless internet, TV with Netflix, an open fully equipped kitchen and two designated parking spots. Shared outdoor swimming pool, seasonally available, open from 8am to 6pm.

The 800-year-old village where the apartment is located, once home to the Medici family and now situated in the 1,100 hectare 5-star Castelfalfi resort, was fully renovated to its former glory about 10 years ago. This medieval village is perched on a Tuscan hilltop, surrounded by rolling green hills, vineyards, lush olive groves, woodland and a world-class 27-hole golf course. This oasis of tranquility is the perfect destination for those who want to get away from the bustle of life whilst at the same time being able to enjoy the various services and activities offered by the estate (public swimming pool, golf, winery, restaurants, grocery shop, e-bikes, adventure park, etc.). Located in the heart of Tuscany, Castelfalfi is also the ideal place from which to explore the cities of Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and Pisa.
