This is a unique 3 double bedroom apartment, ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in the costal area of Athens, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in the heart of Glyfada center. It is ideally located steps away from the famous Athens riviera beach. Situated in Glyfada, the air-conditioned Riviera Eclipse is 13km from Athens.
The space
Riviera Eclipse is fully equipped and furnished, decorated with very expensive materials. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. The heating is autonomous and there is also a fireplace. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is Wifi and a boiler which provides 24 hours hot water.
Breakfast can be served at a cost of 25 per day per person! In case guests loose the key of the apartment's security door will be charged the amount of 300 euros! Jacuzzi operates from 1st of April to 31st of October the winter months (November to April) can also be used at an extra cost. there is a garage parking spot that is available at a small per day fee during stay. Paid parking off premises needs to be confirmed at least 2 days before check in.
