Villa Oštro is a luxury holiday villa located in a unique location right next to the sea in the Kvarner Bay. Situated near Rijeka, at the very end of the small, quiet town of Kraljevica, surrounded by a dense forest, it provides its guests complete privacy. The panoramic view from this luxury villa is truly stunning. Guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the Kvarner Bay, the island of Krk and the Krk bridge. Villa Oštro is built on a large, completely fenced, property, which provides guests with an extra level of security and privacy. Behind the villa there are many places to park guests' cars, and the parking lot is also completely fenced. In front of the villa there is a large pool that will satisfy all guests, even those who like to actually swim in the pool. Next to the pool there are deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing with a beautiful view, and next to the pool there is also a covered terrace if you want to hide from the sun and read your favorite book.

Villa Oštro is an interestingly shaped villa with an area of 400 square meters spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. In addition, on the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a large terrace. On the outdoor terrace there is a grill where you can prepare your favorite dishes and a large lounge corner set where the whole group can enjoy beautiful sunsets with a glass of their favorite drink. At the back, on the north side of Villa Oštro, there is another large covered terrace, ideal for sheltering from the strong sun, and there is also a large dining table. Around the villa there is a beautifully landscaped garden that provides plenty of natural shade and additional privacy for the guests. The first floor of Villa Oštro is designed as a separate apartment with a large living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and access to a spacious terrace with a wonderful view. Also, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each of which has a large double bed, ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. On the last floor, in the attic of the villa, there is another living room and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms that share one bathroom. One of the mentioned bedrooms has a large double bed, and the other has 2 single beds. From the living room on the last floor you can exit on the terrace with the most beautiful panoramic view of the entire Kvarner Bay. On this terrace you can enjoy romantic evenings with a glass of the finest Croatian wines. Due to the excellent layout of the rooms, Villa Oštro is an ideal option for several families, mixed groups or couples who can hang out together or have their own peace and privacy when they want it. On the ground floor of the villa there is a room where there are several exercise machines and a table tennis table that will delight all guests.

Villa Oštro is situated in a location with excellent traffic connections and is suitable for all guests who come by car on vacation, but also for guests who come by plane due to the proximity of Rijeka airport. During your stay at Villa Oštro, we definitely recommend exploring numerous small towns with beautiful beaches such as: Jadranovo, Crikvenica, Selce and Novi Vinodolski. If you like islands, the island of Krk is only separated by the bridge that you can see from the villa, and beautiful beaches await you there. If you have more time to explore, we suggest exploring the islands of Cres and Lošinj. For guests who love mountains, Risnjak National Park and Učka Nature Park are only half an hour away by car, which will delight all lovers of fresh mountain air and active vacations.
