The farmhouse is the result of a long renovation that has kept the ancient features unchanged, using elegant and fine materials.
Located halfway between Città della Pieve and Perugia, in the Panicale and Lake Trasimeno countryside, it enjoys tranquility and wonderful views, where you can relax in any season of the year.
The large outdoor space lends itself to sports games and is equipped with a swimming pool and large covered chestnut patio.

The space
The farmhouse has proximity to the main services; 1 km away a large supermarket; 3 km from the first restaurants to taste local dishes; 5 km from the villages (Tavernelle, Panicale, Piegaro) with pharmacies, post office, bank, shops, medical offices.
Many important cities of Umbria and Tuscany can be easily visited: Città della Pieve, birthplace of the Renaissance artist Perugino; Assisi, home of San Francesco, Spoleto, Bevagna, Montefalco, Spello, Deruta and Gubbio, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Siena, Cortona, Pienza.
Rome and Florence can be easily visited with a two-day trip.

The proximity of the lake offers many summer activities and pleasant trips to the islands; as well as bike paths of all levels of difficulty.

Also, there are many well-known spas nearby to spend days relaxing.

Guest access
The villa is on the ground floor, is divided into two units, but is rented exclusively.
The first big apartment is equipped with:
- large double living room with seating area and sofa, large kitchen (fully equipped) with peninsula, and direct access to the large covered outdoor patio and swimming pool 10 steps away
- two large bedrooms with double bed and possibility of a third bed
- two bathrooms with shower and hydromassage tub
- large covered outdoor patio with outdoor furniture
The small apartment next door, with exit to the patio, is composed of a living room with kitchen, double bedroom and possibility of a third bed and bathroom. This apartment is opened only in case of necessity if agreed in advance.

The infinity pool is always open and clean, it is exclusive to the villa, and is equipped with a spacious shaded area covered with a chestnut wood roof and beams.

The property is very spacious and has large common areas, which make it an ideal place to relax, to spend comfortable holidays in company.
