Beautiful old house of character situated close to the main square on a corner in one of the most enchanting streets of Birgu, where the nobles used to live in the old days. Property has a very well designed lay out and kept original elements such as high ceilings (4,6 meter on first floor), ciangatura floors, well maintained windows, shutters and beautiful stairs in stone. The house is very bright due to its position, lay out, terraces, windows and Maltese balconies.

The house features spacious rooms with on ground floor, large welcoming central hall, sunny kitchen, cosy dining room and bedroom with double bed (1.6 x 2 meter) with original Maltese tiled floor and a guest toilet.

On the first floor a large bright sitting room with adjacent terrace, bedroom/study room with sofa bed ( 1,8 x2 meter) and master bedroom with King size bed (1.8 x 2 meter). Ceiling height first floor 4,60 meter

On the second floor is another bedroom with double bed (1.4 x 2 meter) , with sunny terraces on both sides with on the roof a further two terraces with magnificent views on the Grand Harbour and Valletta. The house has two bathrooms.

Master bed room and sitting room are equipped with air condition.
Soap stone gas heater in sitting room.

You will find anything you require for your stay within walking distance, shops, groceries, bars, restaurants , bank, post office, museums etc, Ferry to Valletta within 500 meters.
