The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, while the lounge provides comfortable seating and a smart TV for relaxed evenings.

One double bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony, plus a twin bedroom with balcony and a separate shower room.

Second floor:
Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony, enjoying sea views.

Roof level:
Spacious master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, including a jacuzzi and bath, and direct access to the large panoramic roof terrace.


Outdoor Space

Villa Kulla’s outdoor areas are designed for both relaxation and sociable holidays. The 7m x 3.5m private salt-water swimming pool can be heated on request during the cooler months (additional charge) and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with loungers and parasols.

There are multiple alfresco dining and seating areas, a BBQ for outdoor cooking and a table tennis table, offering a good mix of laid-back and active options for guests of all ages.
