Furnished Studio (37m2) best for couples or students for 6 months or 1 year max. Meters away from subway (Plaisance, Line 13); 1st fl. in quality bldg, steps away from all businesses (drugstore, supermarkets, bars, cinemas, jazz club...). Electricity, water and high-speed internet, kitchenware, dishwasher washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, iron, ironing table, are included in the price; but no TV, no meals, no breakfast, no room service, no concierge service, no cleaning during your stay.
Please preferably write to us before booking. You will be required to provide us with a passport (and visa if non-EU citizen) scan(s), and, a damage deposit of 500 Euros that will be returned within the next 7 days following the check-out. If no damage is made to the property, if not kitchenware or furniture is broken and if there is no additional cleaning needed, the damage deposit will be returned in full.
