This Trastevere Penthouse ("angelishouse" - unit B) is a top floor apartment with stunning Panoramic Roof Terrace (private).
This apartment is located in the Heart of Rome Historical centre ("trastevere" district). The lower level consists of living room with kitchen corner & sofa bed. The upper level consists of bedroom, bathroom with shower box ("travertino" marble made) and access to the stunning Panoramic Roof Terrace.
The PANORAMIC ROOF TERRACE has a WONDERFUL view on Rome rooftops (including St. Peter dome).

Comforts: WIFI, A/C, flat TV, Satellite, Radio-CD player (with bluetooth to load Your music), washing machine, PANORAMIC Roof TERRACE (equipped with wood table & chairs, recliner arm-chair, "Weber" gas BBQ, led ambient lights and lot of plants, flowers and seasonal organic spices as basil and rosmarino.

This is an apartment ideal for two people but that can also accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (on sofa bed in living room).
NOTE: in the same building, side by side, is also located the apartment Trastevere Penthouse "unit A" (listing #289229: sleeps up to 4 people). Therefore, we can also accomodate larger groups too.

This property is located quite INSIDE the "Old" Historical centre ("Trastevere" district). All the major sites are located at VERY easy walking distance.

NOTE: the upper level, cause is the located quite under the roof, has a low headroom in some areas (headroom in the upper level goes from 1.70 mt to 2.70 mt - please see photos of the interior).

Trastevere Area: the most typical Roman neighbourhood is located just over the bridge from the historical centre (and that is what the name means, over the Tevere river) became very trendy over the past twenty years, when the small streets and alleys typical from this area started hosting bars and restaurants together with some trendy shops still located in the area. The neighbourhood is the liveliest of the city and extremely crowded in the weekends. Beside shops, also very famous the Santa Maria in Trastevere church, known as one of the oldest Christian churches in Rome.

This is a "NO smoking" property (with the only exception of terrace area).

The "total rental amount" quoted on the web is also inclusive of:

ABOUT US: we are a family that rent our apartments in Rome. Our properties are located quite INSIDE the "Old" Historical district.
As a starter', before the arrival, I will send a list of suggestions for local restaurants, organic food markets and more.
I will be ALWAYS available during your stay (my mobile is 24h on).
I (or an other member of my family only) will PERSONALLY met You and help with luggages on arrival day :)

TOURIST CITY TAX (!): it costs 6.00 euro per person, per night for any guests aged over 10 years old. This municipally tax is calculated only for the first 10 nights of your stay. This tax will be paid (only by cash) upon check in.
