Palm House 2 is a fully renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment—the largest of its kind in the neighborhood at 80 sq. meters (861 sq. feet). It also happens to be the closest apartment to the Villa Borghese park, offering both a central location and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Just steps from the entrance to the park, the apartment features fast WiFi and Netflix for your comfort and entertainment.

Both apartments—Palm House 1 and its sister unit Palm House 2 (VRBO listing #3264126)—are nestled on a calm, leafy, tree-lined street in the exclusive Villa Borghese/Parioli area. This prestigious neighborhood, known for its grand mansions and embassies, is one of the most elegant in Rome, with over 30 embassies located within a 10-minute walk. Many of Rome’s iconic sights are reachable on foot. The entrance to Villa Borghese park is just a 3-minute walk away. Once inside, you can enjoy a relaxing stroll to the famous Villa Borghese Museum (5 min), the zoo (5 min), the Etruscan and Modern Art Museums (10 min), Via Veneto (15 min), Piazza del Popolo (25 min), and even reach the top of the Spanish Steps in just 25 minutes. Public transport is also nearby—the tram stop for the Vatican Museums, the Colosseum, and various city center attractions is only a 5-minute walk away.
