Because of the corner plot, the villa offers panoramic views with highest privacy. You can also see the sea and the mountains. This villa is great for families with kids, couples traveling together or a group of friends.

Outside you find a good size heatable pool with sunbeds to relax, an heatable jacuzzi, and a terrace area with a bbq and built-in sofa. Also there is large outside shading dining table for your lunches and dinners with beautiful views and it offers an outside bar table to relax with your favourite drink. The villa offers a private parking area for 4 cars.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two of them en-suite, and an extra separate guest toilet. It offers a full equipped kitchen with an inside dining room and a huge 100 sq m lounge with a pool table, large TV with fully SKY to see all you favourite sport matches, high speed internet and all internationals channels with many chill out areas. Also the villa offers fitness equipment. The villa is fully equipped and has air conditioning in all rooms.

At the upper level you find two double luxury and modern bedrooms with both an en-suite bathroom (1 with a bath, sink and toilet and 1 with a shower, sink and toilet) both with fitted wardrobes. Within 15 minutes you walk into the centre of Playa Blanca with a lot of shops, bars and restaurants and here you can also find the Playa Flamingo beach. There are two water parks within 5 minutes walking distance of the villa, one of them is the AquaLava Waterpark which offers great fun for the whole family. The taxi rank and small supermarket is just a 2/3 minutes walk away.
