This fantastic terraced house is a perfect holiday home for families, who want to relax and enjoy holiday in a tranquil and secure urbanization, though very close to all amenities, attractions and city life and only 1 kilometer from the famous 7 km long beach promenade in Fuengirola. The views over the Mediterranean Ocean, mountains and green areas are stunning.

The 107m2 house is in two levels:
The ground floor has a charming small front garden with entrance, which leads you directly into the bright living /dining room with cozy fireplace, and associated large open kitchen and access to two terraces. One is covered and serves most of all as an extra living room, ideally suited for the slightly cooler winter evenings, while the other is open and offers a painting-like view with Africa in the horizon on the other side of the Mediterranean Sea. On the same floor there is a small guest toilet, and the staircase to the first floor.

The upper level is where you will find the home’s three bedrooms, of which the master has its own bathroom with ”én suite” with shower, and access to another lovely south-facing terrace, with an equally striking view as the two terraces on the ground floor. In the hallway between the other two bedrooms, is another totally renovated bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have built-in closet space, and cold / hot air conditioning.

The entire apartment is furnished with brand new, comfortable furniture in Scandinavian style.

The urbanization is very quiet and well-maintained, built up in a charming Mediterranean style and offers a community pool, 2 bathrooms and a garden with tropical flowers and trees. Fuengirola Beach Promenade
The Paseo Marítimo promenade is one of the longest promenades in Spain. It spans 7 km along most of the town’s coastline, with the Mediterranean seascapes constantly in sight. Lined with shady palm trees and with a dedicated cycling lane in the middle.

This is a beach where the whole family can have fun. Boats and jetskis can be rented. There is even a beach football setup, complete with goalposts. Whether as player or a spectator, the football adds to the lively, family atmosphere. Volleyball is another option on this lively beach. You can also try windsurfing and sailing or try your luck at fishing. All of these amenities only 5 minutes of walk from the apartment.

Both day and night life on this promenade is a great experience with lots of fun.
