There are no shared spaces, and the property is not occupied by the owner or other guests during your stay.

Guests & Visitors
Only guests listed on the reservation are authorized to enter the property at any time, for insurance, safety and regulatory reasons.
No additional visitors are permitted, even temporarily.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only, with doors closed.

Pets
To maintain a consistently high standard of comfort, pets are not allowed.

Quiet Enjoyment
The property is not suitable for parties or events.
Guests are kindly asked to respect absolute quiet between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This home is best suited to guests seeking a peaceful and respectful stay.

Arrivals before 8:00 PM are welcomed in person by our on-site manager.
After 8:00 PM, a secure self check-in option is available via a key box;
for security purposes, electronic identity verification (photo and video) is required when collecting the keys.
