This is a fantastically decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the Villamartin Plaza. Simply could not be a better location!!! The apartment is decorated to a high standard for total comfort to enjoy your holiday in Spain. There is a large living room with ample seating for 5, a full UK and international TV package on the flat-screen television and free WIFI for guests to use. From the living room, you can step onto the large balcony great for relaxing, sunbathing or dining either for breakfast or your evening meal, perfect for a little romance. There is a nice size dining area inside next to the very large fully fitted kitchen with all mod con's to cater for any family. There is a double bedroom with a large en suite shower. The 2nd bedroom is large and both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a large full bathroom next to the 2nd bathroom. Above is a communal solarium for sunbathing should you wish or take a plunge in the communal pool below with large grounds to relax and let the world go by. The apartment is on the ground floor.

Just a minute walk away is the plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe - Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minute's drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!
