Villa Alexander is a luxury 4-bedroom villa in the prestigious Kisla area of Kalkan, offering uninterrupted panoramic sea views and a private swimming pool with Roman steps. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the villa is finished to a high European standard with natural stone, marble flooring and quality furnishings throughout, creating a refined and contemporary setting for families and groups.

The standout master suite spans the entire top floor and features a four-poster bed, open-plan marble bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, twin basins, and a private balcony with the most impressive sea views in the villa. The first floor offers three further en-suite bedrooms, all with access to a shared balcony overlooking the bay — ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

The ground floor provides a spacious open-plan living area with large sliding windows opening directly onto the pool terrace. The hand-crafted kitchen includes a granite-topped island and modern appliances, while the dining and lounge areas offer comfortable seating for indoor relaxation and entertaining. A working fireplace, Bluetooth speaker, board games and books add thoughtful touches for cooler evenings.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large private pool, ample sun loungers, shaded seating areas, expansive terraces and a charcoal BBQ. The views from the outdoor spaces are a highlight, with the villa’s elevated position capturing clear vistas across the Mediterranean and surrounding islands.

Kisla is one of Kalkan’s most desirable coastal settings, close to popular beach clubs including the renowned Mahal Beach Club. Guests can walk to the sea or take a scenic water taxi across the bay to Kalkan Old Town, where boutique shops, rooftop restaurants and the harbour await. The town centre is also accessible by foot or a short taxi ride.
