Villa Maria is a brand new villa on the market and works have been concluded in 2022, but with the oldest cornerstone. In the early 60s, well-known artist Milovan Stanić created the entire project by himself. His family adjusted the project to make some sort of Milovan’s contemporary sustainable museum as he wanted it to be.
4 en-suite bedrooms and 170 m2 of “closed space” is in synergy and continue with 200 m2 of terraces.
The 80m2 basement is an open space gallery to honor Milovan's work.
The Interior consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and dining area, a living room, an office corner, basement.
