Apartment description - 3 bedroom apartment with 3 full bathrooms. This apartment still has the 100+ years old mosaic floors (a different design in every room) and beautiful ceilings with decorative moldings. One en-suite bathroom in master bedroom with sink, shower, toilet. Second bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Third bathroom with sink, bathtub, toilet.
Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator.

The apartment has a small private BALCONY with seating and there is also access to the shared furnished ROOF TERRACE, with monument views.

BEDS - Master bedroom with one 180x190cm bed. 2nd bedroom have two single beds (80x190cm). 3rd bedroom has one single bed 90x200cm.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
You will have air conditioning A/C on hot days (May - September) or HEATING during the cold period (October - April).
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 5 people. It can sleep up to 6 (sofabed pulls out in the master bedroom).

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our storage room when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our storage room in the building.
