Recently built and designed by the owner, a British interior designer, the villa is a short drive from the beach and next to Atalaya Golf. Its four terraces provide ample space for relaxing, dining, or entertaining.

Inside, enjoy a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a real fireplace, a Samsung NeoQLED TV, and Denon soundbar. The modern kitchen features 2 fridges with ice makers, 2 dishwashers, a wine fridge, and plenty of storage. The dining table seats 12 comfortably.

Located in a quiet, high-end neighbourhood with 24hr security, the villa is ideal for relaxed stays. Noisy groups or bookings made solely by 20–30-year-olds are not accepted, though family groups in this age range are welcome.
Nearby construction exists, but the villa is set further along the road and guests generally enjoy a calm and peaceful stay.

Pool heating is available on request for €600 per week.
