It has a size of 112m2 (about 1,204 sqft), featuring a huge living / dining area, one bathroom with toilet, sink and corner bathtub and one bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized double bed (140x200 cm), bedroom 2 has a king sized double bed (180x200cm) and bedroom 3 has a king sized double bed (180x200cm) which can be converted to two single beds (90x200cm).

Loading and unloading is possible on the property. Parking spaces outside and free of charge are in the immediate vicinity.
