Our house has been designed with the intention of having fun for the whole family. The property features panoramic views of Bar-Sur-Loup and Gouron, and has a large swimming pool, multiple outdoor terraces, tennis court, trampoline, kids playground, library, plus 6 bedrooms all with king size beds + an independent studio + a library w/ a convertible couch (8 bedrooms in total). Plenty of room for people to unwind, relax, and enjoy. The property is over 375 sq meters and sits on a 13,000 sq meter plot of land.

The house is an oasis of calm and peace located less than 10 minutes from Tourettes Sur Loup village. It is built across multiple levels offering plenty of space for large families to feel connected yet retain their own space. The house is fully airconditioned (new units installed May 2023) and has Starlink Wi-fi with multiple repeaters throughout the property offering plenty of highspeed bandwidth to watch movies and game at the same time.

The summer season is meant to be enjoyed outdoors and there is no shortage of opportunities to spend the time in the sun. There is a large swimming pool, an upper terrace to dine and relax, a lower garden terrace, and in addition there is a full-size private tennis court (private lessons can be arranged), along with a Skyfort II swing set for the kids. Overall, the property consists of nearly 4 acres.

The bedrooms are spacious and split amongst 4 distinct levels / areas, allowing everyone to spread out and relax without worry. The top floor contains the master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom. The entrance level contains two bedrooms, one with an on-suite bathroom, and an additional independent toilet. The middle level contains two additional bedrooms that share a bath/shower room, along with an independent toilet. One of these bedrooms can be converted from a king size bed to 2 twins instead. The lower level contains an additional bedroom + studio with an on-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a library that has a pull-out sofa available for additional guests. In total there are 7 independent bedrooms + library and 4.5 baths.

There are 2 distinct living spaces with the main lounge opening onto the pool and large terrace, and the lower living room containing a massive flat panel TV along with foosball table. The lower living room also opens to its own independent terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, range cooker, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer. Outside there are two Weber Charcoal grills to cook either by the kitchen or down by the pool.

The house is completely private, and guests have full access to the entire living area of the property and grounds.

The pricing offered is based upon 6 guests, any additional guest over this amount is charged a flat rate of 100 EUR / night. The bedrooms (double occupancy) will be made available based upon the number of guests booked.
