While only 45 minutes from Lisbon this very private Pritzker prize-winning villa sits with views of the valley on a massive and private plot, including a courtyard garden as well as three large grass gardens, a large private pool, multiple outdoor seating areas, and olive trees, all in a private gated community with tennis academy, an award winning golf course, a modern clubhouse, and a delicious farm to table style restaurant, and just a quick five-minute ride to the stunning Bom Successo Beach or quaint village of Obidos for additional restaurants, shopping, regional wine, or a glass of ginjinha.

This architecturally significant home has floor-to-ceiling windows in all bedrooms and dining and living room.

Beautiful gardens (there are four! including 2 on the roof -- please note the very small rooftop garden is for admiring only and is not accessible-- large one is accessible) with stunning olive trees, gorgeous skies, and golden hour dusk sunsets.

The home has 4 bedrooms.

Primary bedroom is a suite with separate hallway and queen bed, ensuite bath, built in armoire cabinets for clothing, patio with seating, floor-to-ceiling wall of windows, automated shades, and black-out curtains.

Second bedroom is also a suite with a separate hallway and queen bed, ensuite bath, built in armoire cabinets for clothing, patio with seating, floor-to-ceiling wall of windows, automated shades, and black-out curtains.

Third bedroom is spacious with double bed, with direct access to back garden, sunset views, floor-to-ceiling wall of windows, built in armoire for clothing, automated shades, and black-out curtains.

Fourth bedroom is spacious with two twin beds that can be put together to make a king size bed, built in armoire cabinets for clothing, direct access to garden and pool, sunset views, floor-to-ceiling wall of windows, automated shades, and black-out curtains.

The bedrooms are separated from the rest of the house by a long hallway and interior garden.

The back gardens while lovely are not fully secured-- like all of the properties in the community, the gardens are "fenced" with shrubbery. While pets are welcome with notice and a pet fee, pets should not be left unattended in the garden and should be left secured inside the villa only.

While 45 minutes from Lisbon and a twelve-minute drive to Trip Advisor's top ranking Village of Obidos, and numerous beautiful beaches, this villa is not in an urban location, and a car is likely required!

Additional fee of $60.00 dollars daily to heat the pool. The manager must be notified a minimum of two full days in advance.
